I have a mum who delivered on 5/11/03  
NVD Drug free 
Male 3390 apgars 9 10
went to the breast within 1 hour, and sucked well

She was diagnosed 3 years ago with Hypothyrodism and is taking 1mg thyroxine daily-  she had a breast augmentation in 1999, she had a infrasubmammry procedure where the incision was made under the breasts. 
mum supply 1 week postpartum appeared to decrease, so blessed thistle was introduced and she did notice a slight increase. In taking her history she has only been pumping once in 24 hours with a hand pump. 
baby has had a weigth gain ( due to introduction of Formula)
I have suggested she increase her pumping 8 x 24 hrs
Reduced formula intake 
Increase the time baby spends feeding at the breast
Rest
Increase calorie intake

Any more suggestions would be appreciated
