Thank you to all the Lactneters that lent there support to our local  cause.  
The Poughkeepsie, NY nurse-in this evening was a great  success.  We had 
approximately 50 families.  This included Moms, Dads,  babies, toddlers, older 
children, Grandmas, Grandpas, and friends.  It is a  wonderful site to behold 
when you are able to see that many children happily at  there Mother's breast.  
In fact, I can honestly say that I did not hear one  baby crying the whole 
time.  This was in despite of the fact that we were  there for two hours in hot, 
humid weather.  The public was very  supportive.  Many members of the news 
media were there.  I am sure  there will be pictures and commentary to follow in
