Has the mom looked into getting Domperidone (many references in the
archives)?
More Milk or More Milk Plus from Motherlove Herbals is also helpful
in increasing milk supply, but don't know if it works with
establishing an adoptive lactation.  Also wonder if it can be used
in conjunction with Domperidone or Reglan.
I learned about MM from Pat Gima.  Perhaps she can answer these
questions.
