I am feeling your frusteration. As a hospital LC it seems like i can never get anyone to see things my way. Big example: trying to get nurses trained on bf education - for a year now the only thing i keep hearing is either there isn't enough staff to have them go to training or the delivery rate that month is to high to keep nurses off the floor. But yet they expect me to do miracle work in the 40's hours a week i am there trying to change everything that happened when i wasn't working or reminding staff what the protocol is on certain things such as blood sugar.
It almost seems like there is no happy ending in site.

Frusterated and burned out in NC, USA
