As the new sop were sent only to those who passed the exam  this year, or 
renewed... how were the rest of the IBCLC's to know of the new  sop.... were it 
not for LACTNET.. most of us would not know... so, we would lal  be in 
violation of something the organization put forward and did not appraise  us of????
