Hi Brenda.
Studies show that milk fat adheres least to glass bottles, followed by typical BPA-free bottles, and lastly liners (the fat really sticks to the liners/drop-ins).  I'd suggest she look at what type of bottle she's storing her milk in.  Then yes, warming it will help, and swirling it around *longer* in hope of redistributing more of the fat.
