I do remind mothers in my breastfeeding class to remember that a milk bank
can provide mothers milk for their baby, if the need arises and the family
chooses not to use formula supplement.  Of course in Pamela's condition, with
her twins, and the length of time before her milk supply was ample, this
would not be an alternative.  For short term use, it works for some parents.
