Personal experience only...when they gave me cytotec for induction of my
stillborn at 32 wks gestation...I had NO suppressed
lactation...unfortunately!  My milk was in full swing within 24 hours (it had
only been 1 month since my 19 mo old had weaned).  I had 4 doses in about 36
hours.
