Paula,
You ask if it is possible for a woman with implants to develop stretch
marks on her breasts. Lots of women develop stretch marks on the breasts as
they develop during pregnancy and then when the milk comes in, depending on
the amount of size change their experience. It has nothing to do with implants.
You mention that the woman had B cups before her surgery. What size was she
after surgery? And, more importantly, what size is she now?
I was an A cup when I conceived my first child. My body didn't read
those books that say a woman will increase one cup size during pregnancy. I
was a D cup by birth and a DD/E (same size, different brands label it
differently) when the milk came in. I got lots of stretch marks, though I can't say
that they were straight and uniform. In my case, I already had stretch marks on
my hips and knees from when I grew 4 inches during the summer I turned 13, so
the stretch marks on my belly and breasts just seemed to make me match all
over and weren't as upsetting as they might have been if they were the first! ;)
(And, as the months went by, the cup size shrank again!)
