Susi:

 a) We provide breastpumps for all employees ( or thier wives) free of charge
for the duration of their needing one.  This program has been in existance
for many years.

 b) pumping  by our residents and physicians is considered so "normal" that
it is not unusal to have a physician pumping while charting/ or talking on
the phone or visiting with colleagues.
