There is such a clinic still. I spent the day there last summer.

I don't know if it is still there but Chloe Fisher & Sally Inch ran a
lovely breastfeeding clinic at a hospital in Oxford. Moms would come &
sit with their babies the whole day & would be able to encourage each
other as well as receiving excellent professional support. I was very
priveleged to spend a few days observing a few years ago & would love to
have such a set up. I seem to remember mom's driving from London to
Oxford to spend the day there - such was their reputation. Regards,
