I also agree (belatedly, alas) that this baby needs more food for more
energy.  Fingerfeeding with a 5 french feeding tube and syringe allows
the parent to get more milk into the baby without taxing the baby's
respiratory capacity, as long as they are taught to respect the baby's
respiratory pauses.  The same setup can be used at breast to provide
more flow, to keep baby sucking more actively.
