Great question! I am eager to hear what experiences this group has to share. 
Pumping  can be overwhelming to some women. Ultimately, the pumping plan has to be something that is manageable, sometimes even at the cost of less efficiency.
Still, it would be good to know which method would be more productive, so we can better advise.
