Gill Rapley, the midwife who administers the Baby Friendly Hospital 
Initiative in the UK, did a fabulous presentation about this at the International 
Conference in Orlando, Florida last month.

 

Gill Rapley spoke about this at last fall's Dutch Lactation Symposium. Via the major Dutch breastfeeding internet forum mom's spread the word and it is called The Rapley Methode and a special forum is started to discuss feeding baby's this way.
By the way, I practiced ''Rapley Methode'' avant la lettre with my children (now 14-24), but called it LLL-way ;-)
