They'd like to add it mainly because lactoferrin is one ot the typical
breastmilk substances that makes breastfeeding superior and they will never
be able to do that with for example mother-baby-specific antibodies.

In the last outburst of Herman-publicity in The Netherlands there was an
campain of the animal-saving-lobby. They had huge billboards with an
breastfeeding mom and baby, but the photograhp was tricked so that the woman
had four cows utters instead of two breasts.
