Thank you all who have sent me their comments, I really appreciate it.

The hospital did all the anatomical tests regarding her upper GI & full stomach. They have ruled out all major anatomical defects mentioned in the comments. All blood & spinal tap results including the culture studies came  negative. They are more inclined to believe it's a very bad acid reflux. They started treating her for that.They have thickened the breast milk to see if there is a difference. The baby was able to keep three out of four feeding since last night.
If it does continue in this direction they will need to measure the amount of acid in her stomach & then if needed a more aggressive treatment for it. The goal right now is to help her keep down the food .
