I order 6 and let moms sample them who were breastfeeding.  No one really like them and most of the babies would not use them even once.  I think they are just like any bottle, the baby could use them if they got used to them.   I took them to our state meeting of LCs and one of my colleagues gamely decided to try sucking from it for a demo for us.
