Okay, I have to blurt it out...blanching of the nipple, along with other
symptoms described in the past few digests, can be a symptom of Candidiasis
(yeast) on the breast and/or in the ducts.  LLLI Lact. Consult Series #18
is an excellent resource for both identifying and treating breast yeast.
