Esther, I tried to find at least the abstract online but it isn't coming up.
Do you have it?

If they are trying to say that the increased levels of prolactin in
breastfeeding might be a risk factor for cancer, I'll have a hard time
swallowing it.  But if they are simply looking at non-lactating women and
basal prolactin levels and finding an associating with cancer, I could
swallow that because such elevated levels would represent a hormonal
imbalance, which is likely a contributory factor.
