I think this will make it a cultural matter to see breasts as sexual.
Christianity is but one of many ways to explain the wonders of life.
Actually, I do not think that the bible is a historical accurate resource.
I think that biological, no one body part is meant to be sexual all the time.
In animals the genitals are only sexual if the animal is in heat. During
other times they function as a identification mark.
