If a mother is infected with 'flu, she will produce antibodies to that 1
strain of 'flu.

If she is immunised with the 'flu vaccine she is protected against 3 strains
of 'flu, & likewise will produce antibodies to all 3. The baby should also
receive these antibodies, & the mum should not have to suffer the actual
illness:))))
