Have you tried using the 5 French tube and with a syringe on the end of it
to deliver small boluses of milk? maybe the babies don't have good enough
latch to produce suction to siphon the milk. you could try a nipple shield
w/ tube underneath as premies sometimes can latch w/ shield. If it works I
prefer the 5 French threaded thru a bottle nipple and end of it dipped in
the formula/ebm ala Dr. Jack's supply line.
