Canada is currently reviewing its infant nutrition recommendations.

Recently on Lactnet it was mentioned that Australia is also reviewing its infant feeding guidelines.

In the BMJ article clarification issued this morning the authors of that research indicate that the UK is reviewing its policies.

"“We are pleased that the Department of Health has now asked the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nurtrition (SACN) to review its policy on infant feeding, as part of which they will review this paper alongside other emerging evidence."

Are there any other reviews of infant nutrition policy/recommendations/guidelines underway in the developed world?
