Jennifer,
How is mom's milk supply? Is she making enough to use hind milk for those 
feedings when they say he must take a bottle of "fortified" breastmilk? From my 
experience, to have enough milk to do hind milk pumping, mom should be making 
about 1/3 more volume than the infant is taking. Paula Meier has published a 
number of articles on hind milk feedings for premature infants. I would be happy
