Jack and all:
There are many neonatologists who DO know something about breastfeeding -
starting with Ruth Lawrence, Rich Shanler, Larry Gartner.  I am a IBCLC as
well.  There are many who do not, however.  Didn't someone check that
neonatologists views and credentials BEFORE he spoke?
