          I suggest they find an OT with experience and preferably one who
knows/ has had training with Wolff and Glass.
Aspiration of all kinds is an issue. Not simply due to infection but among
other things it is quite stressful..imagine breathing liquid everytime you
tried to eat!
I suspect there is a compromise for all concerned but strongly suggest this
needs a PT OT with experience.
