This is a real dilemma.  We know why it shouldn't be done, but at
the same time we know some moms are going to do it anyway.  I tell
them the all reasons they shouldn't do it, but I also tell them if
they are going to do it anyway, at least get new bottles and flanges
(basically the Lactina rental kit).  If I don't add this caution,
she may simply reuse all the same parts.
