Hi all. One quick note before bedtime.

Well, this mom was seen by an IBCLC that is with a major HMO in the area.
Weight gain is good. Diaper output good. LC ruled out everything I had
already ruled out. Finally said that baby was an "aggressive nurser" and
that the behavior would lessen with time and then resolve itself. Mom is
very pleased that nothing major is wrong. She is feeling much more relaxed
about things now, and feels that she can make it till baby's behavior
stops.

Above and beyond this mom, I was pleased that one of our major HMOs now has
IBCLCs in network! When I gave birth LCs were not covered at all (grrr).
It is exciting to see the insurance companies coming finally coming around.
