Dr Brian Palmer has some good educational resources on his website (link 
below).
He is a dentist with a passion for lactation and was one of the presenters on 
the GOLD08 online conference. There is also a one-page pdf that perhaps 
could be a handout in education materials. It's a personal 'success' story 
written by a mother thanking him for the role he played in finding the solution 
to her son's tongue-tie problems. It was included in his papers for the 
conference.
