Telling parents about the WHO standards does not include harming the baby,
does it? In the 'Acceptable indications for supplementation of the breastfed
infant" it says that supplementing is acceptable in cases of *diagnosed*
hypoglycemia *and* the infant does not react as needed on improved breastfeeding
regimen. (I don't remember the exact English wording, but this is the meaning of
it).
