I coordinate a lactation program at a community hospital with a 
delivery rate of about 100-125/month and a breastfeeding initiation 
rate of 90-95%. The VP has asked what we're doing for World 
Breastfeeding Week. I hadn't really thought about it because we've 
never done anything before, but if she's interested I really want to 
come up with something. What are other programs doing?
