Minne, here's the abstract for the study you are thinking of.

http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/cgi/content/abstract/119/1/e137

If you put eczema and breastfeeding in the search engine on www.aap.org,
you'll also find

http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/cgi/content/abstract/118/Supplement_1/S3-a
whose conclusion is that it's best to breastfeed, for over four months.

And then there's
http://aappolicy.aappublications.org/cgi/content/full/pediatrics;121/1/183
which clearly recommends either breastfeeding or very expensive formulas if
the child is at risk.

Hope this helps. I've actually found the committees of the AAP (American
Academy of Pediatrics) to be very proactive....And there's lots of research
available at the site at no monetary cost - you just have to read these very
dense articles. (Oh - that was a reflection of the way they're written....!)
