Dear Colleagues

I have a newly delivered mother who is currently on 40 mg Prozak.  Her dose
will be decreased to 20 mg tomorrow.  She cannot take Paxil or Zoloft.  Is
anyone aware of any recent research that would suggest that Prozak can be
taken while breastfeeding? I have checked Hale and Micromedex, I do not have
time to do a lengthy search so am hoping that you can help me.

I would appreciate it if you could respond privately and to the group.
