I am still collecting questionnaires for my study on insufficient milk
supply and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. If anyone has current or past cases
and would be willing to participate (mom or LC can fill out, but probably
best done together), I would very much appreciate the information. ***The
mother does not have to be diagnosed PCOS!***   Please let me know if I can
send you a questionnaire by email file or snail mail.
