Evenflo sells bottles (which is not against the Code) but they have
stopped promoting them (they are nowhere on their website, will not be
offered for discounts to stores (so they won't be "on sale/on special")
and they are designing all new packaging that does not idealize
artificial feeding/bottle feeding.

Medela is promoting the bottles it sells. They've always sold extra
bottles through retail outlets and lactation consultants, but now are
marketing them with a glossy brochure and on their website.
