Jan - I wonder if this mom has a hormonal problem. Is she letting down ?
Maybe this is preliminary but did she feel let-down with first child? The
milk is there but it isn't moving - hmmm. Wonder - what did she do in
labor, did she go into labor naturally or was she induced/augmented. Did
she feel after-birth contractions?
