Hi all,
After working in Women's Health for 21 years I had my first case of a mother
having Vitiligo  of the areola and our oldest OB also stated that he had
never seen Vitiligo on the breast, but had seen in the vaginal area..  The
mother stated that all through out her pregnancy the color of her areola has
gotten lighter and lighter.  She now has a dark line that out lines the
perimeter of the areola and the areola being white.  She does have other
place of Vitiligo on her body and had seen a Dermatologist in the past.
Nipple seem to be of normal color and so far no problems with bf.
Have any of you ever had a mother this skin disorder and if so were there
any problems with bf?
