I *beleive* that this is a very old post, I went to the url you listed
and it it only a form to help you locate your representative.  It is bad
netiquette to pass forward such e mail, and often cause unneeded concern
unless you have validated such mail first.  If you have, then I
apologize, and please send us all the details.  I was unable to locate
anything about this on the net on a search tonight myself.  This sort of
e mail was circulated last year to no avail.
