Rebecca Williams brought to my attention that her WHO book says " not usual"
 to see sugar in the stool of the nursling.  There were corrections from the
editor on a separate sheet that came with the book, so if you haven't made
your corrections, look for the sheet from the editor.  The word "not" should
be removed.  (I surmise the author probably meant to write not unusual)
