A great resource for C/S moms is the International Cesarean Awareness
Network - http://www.ican-online.org/ - if they have Internet access.
There is an int'l email group and lots of local chapters throughout the
world. I was amazed at the wealth of information and support I saw
there when I subscribed to the email list in preparation for supporting a
VBAC doula client. If you aren't already referring women who had
cesareans to I-CAN, please do. It's such a valuable resource.

And, to keep this on topic here, the I-CAN list frequently addresses
issues surrounding breastfeeding after a cesarean... they even have a very
good "white paper" on the subject at
http://www.ican-online.org/resources/white_papers/wp_breastfeed.pdf
