"The" one most helpful book for any breastfeeding mother is "The Womanly Art
of Breastfeeding" by LLLI.  If a very easy-to-read, shorter vision is needed
for a certain population, then "Breastfeeding Pure & Simple" by Gwen Gotsch
and also published by LLLI would be a great choice.

As for videos, I would recommend "Breastfeeding Your Baby: A Mother's Guide"
