Re dad's help with engorgement or mastitis: Yes, I may set that as en option next to other options if my assesment of the couple is that they will not get embarrast by such a suggestion.
Re Thrush milk: Milk pumped during thrush and kept frozen can be used later, but I advise my clients to heat it to ''just inder the boil'' and then cool and feed.
