Jennifer,
<<Entervirus D68 was cultured and found in the mother's breast milk of a very sick baby with the virus.>>

It sounds like the virus was actually cultured from her milk and that is not the same as the antibodies. She may have to consult the CDC, if this is a new threat, and not known it's passage via breastfeeding?
However, I wonder if the baby could have been exposed through other means, e.g. siblings, or my understanding is this is a respiratory virus? I may be wrong on that. Baby could have been the first one to be infected, not mother.

Also, if mother is pumping, sometimes the pump parts are not being kept properly cleaned, and infection could have occurred via mother's hands to pump?
I am not sure if breastfeeding would be contraindicated for a time, I guess it would depend on the viral load in her milk, and how sick the baby is currently and if the baby is premature or otherwise immune-compromised prior to this infection. Could her expressed milk be home-pasteurized?
