As a childcentred organisation Plan does not only cater for other children but also children of their employees
While most companies have totally nothing to offer breast feeding mothers a few have something to show. At Plan Uganda, a Non Governmental Organisation, an arrangement is made for breastfeeding mothers.

Mothers are given an option to have at least an hour to attend to the breast-feeding child. Alternatively one can bring her child and babysitter to the workplace where day care facilities are provided. This way she can easily breast-feed the child.
