An enquiry came to me today about a mother who has been diagnosed as
OS-oestragen deficient due to "prolonged breastfeeding" and has been told by
2 MDs to wean.
This mother is 37 years old, and is feeding her 2nd baby at 3yrs and 3mo
about 3-4Xdaily. She fed her 1st baby until it was 3yrs and fell pregnant 3
months after weaning.
She has symptoms of menopause ie mood swings, heavy and light periods,
sweats and insomnia.
I have been told it is very difficult to test for this as the oestragen
levels in women change daily.
Any ideas out there?

Regards Jackie
