These are the ones I am aware of--none are backed by lots of research.
Vitamin E, Vitamin A and selenium.  This info is available in the WHO mastitis
document.  It is based on dairy cattle research and has not been replicated in
humans although one study showed vitamin supplementation increased immune factors
in maternal milk  (This is from Fetherson's article on Mastitis)

What about lecithin?   Good luck Chris
