Digital pics are good if you have a good resolution camera. For interior 
of the mouth shots in infants, you need a fast shutter, and sometimes 
film works best for that, either that or you need to be patient and take 
a LOT of shots.

I have moms sign a consent form for use of the photos for professional 
education. I do not pay moms for allowing me to photograph (it's not 
"done") but I do email them copies of the best photos for their use 
(remembering positioning, etc).
