Dear Lactnet friends,

        I am interested in starting a private lactation practice,  but
also, have the opportunity to present to my manager at the local hospital I
am employed at as staff nurse/lactation specialist info to justify the
expansion of my lactation role. I am tracking the time I spend on lactation
dduties or could and want to make this succeed. I feel I have worked a
number of years to achieve this status  and have good working relationship
with the ob/peds who consult with me on a number of the bf difficulties
they encounter. I have lots to accomplish but would appreciate any input
any of you have on the best way to accomplish both of these goals. I have
searched the archives for info on this too.  Please feel free to email me
privately if you have the time and inclination to share on these issues.
