One suggestion might be to have the organizations switch to using
something like the disposable wipe containers. They are large and sturdy
and could be sealed up ....they also could cut a slot in the top for
donations-   One company even makes some that stack together like blocks
for further use. A cute campain could feature these as the donation
collecters and the message " Building the blocks to a better childhood" or
what ever! In todays society- these containers have as much "infant related
significance" as a giant plastic bottle does! And less offensive to others-
