Epidurals are known to cause fevers (women do not sweat properly after an
epidural is administered), as well as labor on its own can cause a low grade
fever in some mothers.  So don't to allow a woman to do the normal thing of
breastfeeding due to fever but to allow it while mom has meds on board...
interesting....
